1.  Application Introduction

DTF (Direct to Film) heat transfer PET film is a specialized transfer substrate used in the digital direct-to-film printing process. It is typically made from high-quality polyester (PET) film coated with a special release layer on one side. The workflow involves: printing a design with DTF-specific inks onto the receptive coating of the PET film, sprinkling hot melt powder onto the wet ink, and then using a heat press to transfer and permanently bond the design from the PET film onto various textiles.
